Draws for 2017 Student Championships

British Universities & Student Fives Championships

Marlborough College, Wiltshire, Friday-Sunday November 17-19th

The organisers have published the draws for the 2017 Student Championships – which can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate links below – and it looks like being a cracking tournament.

Much will be expected of the Cambridge squad, which has had a hugely successful few years and – in Ed Kay and Matt Shaw – provides the top seeds in both singles and doubles championships. However, it’s clear that they won’t have everything their own way, not least with former Cambridge student Ben Beltrami (singles runner-up and doubles champion last year) now representing the London City Law School. Then, there are the likes of David Butler, Sam Russell, Ollie Arnold and Theo Parker – all seasoned campaigners and all sure to test the best of the Light Blues.

The event starts on Friday November 17th, and we hope to bring you regular updates from the courts at Marlborough College via the RFA Twitter feed, before a full report as soon as possible after the event.
